Self-Government

In a tradition dating back more than 100 years, students take responsibility for helping to run the school. They meet weekly for “Self-Gov” to discuss matters of concern, to bring proposals to the Faculty Meeting for consideration, and to generally work things out peer to peer.

Recent student-generated proposals include modifications to the tech policy, the dress code, the location of the student lounge, and the weekly worship schedule.

Self-Gov leaders are selected each spring for the following year.
