News Release: Barnesville Independent School
On Wednesday, April 18, four students from the Barnesville Independent School visited Olney. The students were specially invited to attend classes, meet with Olney students, visit the Taber Farm, and enjoy lunch. Two 8th grade boys, a 7th grade girl and a 7th grade boy attended the visit day. One boy said that what he learned most from the visit was that the students here are much like many other teenagers, but more tolerant of differences in others. Olney welcomes day as well as boarding students. Current 9th grader, Allison Guindon, formerly attended the Barnesville Independent School.
