Social Networking
the description:
Use social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Youtube to draw in new students. This could include getting students to create Youtube videos for the school, art projects to put on twitter and facebook or any other form of multimedia. This way we would have something entertaining to share with the rest of the world as well as a way to get people to start thinking about our school.
curriculum:
All you need is a computer, the internet, a couple of video cameras and the proper knowledge.
co-curricular:
In this case you would be creating multimedia projects to share with other people in order to get them interested in the school. The income from this program would come from getting more students to attend this school. It could also be used as a supplementary project that would provide a form of advertising for any other programs that the school might start.
funding:
I don’t know where the school would get the money to do this. This form of advertising shouldn’t cost too much money. The most expensive piece would be to get cameras and the tools necessary to create interesting multimedia projects.
outcomes:
This program would result in getting more students to know about this school and potentially enroll in it.
