Added Value Product
the description:
Raise veggies/fruit and make product - salsa, jam, etc. to sell. Students could be required to participate in some of the work, work additional hours for pay which could be used toward tuition or save for post secondary education. Money from the product goes back into the school budget. Would allow for skill building in business, retail/marketing, agriculture, manufacturing - use of the land for sustainable agriculture.
