SUSTAINABILITY/SURVIVAL SKILLS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY WORKSHOP
The description:
Today’s society is several generations from the subsistence farmers of the past. If the techniques and gardening instructions have not been passed down, here’s a workshop to renew these valuable “how to’s” skills. Topics covered are how prepare, plant, care for, harvest your garden; and preserve the harvest for future use. Skills may also include knowledge and care of tools; self reliance skills for “homesteading”.
