Be the only boarding school that has 100% local/organic food.
The description:
We have the land and most of the farming equipment but not the processing, cooking or storage facilities. It is in keeping with old school tradition where we grew all our own food. There is some existing staff knowledge. The target group would be organic farm organizations, health food stores and magazines. This could also fit with a Quaker emphasis as eating simple local food is consistent with acting out our conscience.
