Fine Arts
All students are encouraged to explore their creative side at Olney Friends School.
Our fine arts faculty believes everyone is an artist and has something to share with the world; the arts also knit us together as a community. Student artwork is displayed throughout the school.
We provide space, materials, and instruction to allow students to express themselves in an environment that is supportive and noncompetitive.
Visual arts courses include ceramics, photography, drawing, painting, and woodworking.
Performance courses include guitar and theater. Friday morning All-School Sing is just what it sounds like, and lately has been overtaken by a student and teacher ukelele craze. Private music lessons can be arranged individually.
